I was on a huge forum for about 4 years and when I say huge I mean huge it had hundreds of thousands of members, I was made a supermod there and after about a year I discussed with the admin, about changes that could be made  to the areas I modded and he wasn't really interested, which is fair enough its his forum. I just realised that what I really wanted to do was do it myself, my forum isn't huge, but its still good fun!
