At the bottom where the forum picture link thingy is, i think you should put a <br> between it and the whos online thing.
It would look better because the border is so thick.

see where the banner promotion table and the whos online table/
It would look better if admin put a <br> which is a line break where it goes another line down..
so they are seperated.
and sense the boreder is so thick it looks ugly right now.
