I Recomend That we have a staff only forum that will be locked w/a code or something so we can discuss impoartant issuses about the forum becuase PM's are private and not all mods/admins will be able to give their oppinion

Im not sure if this is what you want but couldn't you just make a new forum and then make it all set to moderater hidden so only staff can see it.
